28th February 2017
Health Partners International is pleased to announce the new Communications for Behavioural Impact (COMBI) course in health and social development at Nagoya University, Japan, from 15-26 May 2017.
Students will learn how to develop effective 10-step communication plans that lead to behavioural results in health and social development. This course is intended for Health and Social Development professionals and students to design, supervise, or manage behaviour change communications initiatives.
COMBI approaches have been successfully implemented in programmes run by WHO, UNICEF, UNDP, UNFPA, and UNAIDS. These programmes achieve behavioural results, where conventional programmes only increase awareness and knowledge.
The Nagoya COMBI course is organised by the Nagoya University Graduate School of Medicine, the Faculty of New York University, Health Partners International, and the COMBI Institute. Also in collaboration with the World Health Organization.
